What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is about learning to be present in the moment instead of ruminating about the past or worrying about the future.

We do this by learning mindfulness techniques such as practicing mindfulness meditation.

It also teaches us how to be more aware of our thoughts and emotions and to gently turn towards them - instead of avoiding them or trying to distract ourselves.
