New Client Information

I aim to provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment for you to feel comfortable to talk and feel heard. You are encouraged to book a standard 50min face-to-face consultation, but both telephone and online counselling (via Zoom) are available upon request.

To make an appointment:

Please ring/text/email me or send a “Request Appointment” enquiry form (see contact page). I will return your message within 24 hours on business days and on Monday if your message arrives on the weekend.

 

What happens next?

Once you have confirmed your appointment time, you will be asked to arrive 10 mins beforehand to complete a New Client Form.

 

Payment:

Sessions will be invoiced to you via email within 24 hours of your appointment. Payment is due upon receipt.

Fee: $75 per 50 min session

 

Cancellations:

I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment (text or email preferred).  Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the cost - except when the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond your control.

 

Confidentiality:

Your confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. I adhere to the Australian Counselling Association's Code of Ethics and Practice with regards to managing confidentiality.
