To make an appointment:
​You may make an appointment online by using our Client Portal. Alternatively, please phone/ text/ email me or send a 'Request Appointment' enquiry form. I will return your message within 24 hours on business days (or on Monday if your message arrives on the weekend).
Payment:
- Standard Appointment - Initial $120
- Standard Appointment - Subsequent $110
- Bloomhill Reg'd Client - Initial $105
- Bloomhill Reg'd Client - Subsequent $ 90
- Student / Concession - Initial $ 90
- Student / Concession - Subsequent $ 80
Sessions will be invoiced to you via email within 24 hours of your appointment. Payments can be made by bank transfer, or online by debit / credit card via the Client Portal.

No referral or mental health care plan is required. Medicare rebates do not apply.
Many private health funds provide rebates for counselling services. You may be eligible for a rebate depending on your level of cover. Please contact your health insurance provider to determine whether you are eligible.

Cancellations:
Providing at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment (by text, email or via our Client Portal​) allows us to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting. Appointments missed or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will incur a $60 fee that must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Confidentiality:
Your confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. I adhere to the Australian Counselling Association's Code of Ethics and Practice with regards to managing confidentiality.

Matters discussed during your appointments at Julie Bolton Counselling are confidential and private. This means we will not disclose the information you provide to us to third parties unless you consent for us to do so. However, It is important to note that there are limits to confidentiality in exceptional circumstances including when there is a risk of harm to you or others, or if we are responding to a subpoena or warrant. Your practitioner will discuss this with you during your first appointment and answer any questions you might have.
